Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://boyasmoving.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Local Moving Service, Packing Services, Self Storage Units, Moving Company, Storage Unit Rental, Residential Moving, Furniture Moving, Packing Supplies provided by Boyas Moving. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. Boyas Moving (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Boyas Moving may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Boyas Moving does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation. In no event will Boyas Moving's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Boyas Moving from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. IL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in IL.

Modifications. Boyas Moving may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
